Many overseas companies have joined and prospered on the London capital markets, particularly those trading in Asia Pacific where the LSE has 17 issuer countries across asset classes, 162 equity and depository receipt issuers, with an equity market capitalisation of circa £1.3tn and 245 active debt instruments.
Renewables and Clean Energy - Opportunities in Malaysia and the UK
The experienced speakers provided attendees with an excellent overview of the opportunities that exist within the renewable and clean energy sector in Malaysia and highlighted the potential for building on the strong UK connections to help access finance and accelerate expansion toward the country’s renewable energy capacity target and beyond. The speaker team who presented, and their main topics were as follows: Eloise Burnett, South East Asia Manager, The Carbon Trust Plc spoke on energy efficiency opportunities and the financial support that can be provided to SE Asian based companies and sectors transitioning to a low carbon economy.

BMS member Professor Phil Cleaver who will then deliver his talk on “ How to build a Brand Identity System “ His book “What they didn’t Teach You in Design School” has been described as an enlightening, engrossing, no-nonsense guide to visual creativity in the real world.
