NEW YEAR 2026 Drinks and Makan
Members and guests are invited to join BMS for informal drinks at the Everyman Cinema in Whiteleys to celebrate the arrival of 2026.
The cost includes the first drink and snacks.
There is a cash bar for additional drinks.
Please note that this is not a private function and there will be others in the bar that are there to attend a movie.
MAKAN
From about 8:30pm, the drinks will be followed by a Makan at a choice of two local restaurants:
1. Med Salleh Kopitiam, or
2. Malay Fellas ( no alcohol served )
When booking for this event, you will be asked to state your preference of restaurant, or to choose not to attend the Makan.
As is usual with Makan events, attendees pay for their own food and drinks chosen from the restaurant standard menu.

Dress code: Smart casual
From 8:30pm there will a Makan, for those that wish, at either
Med Salleh Kopitiam or Malay Fellas.

Please note that, when booking at BMS Member's rates, it is necessary to be logged in to your User Account.
When booking, you will be asked to state whether you wish to attend the Makan after the drinks, and if so, which restaurant you wish to go to.
