BMS MEMBERS & GUESTS INVITED TO JOIN THE INDEPENDENCE DAY EVENT AT HAM POLO CLUB WHICH IS CELEBRATING ITS CENTENARY YEAR
We are delighted that BMS has been allocated 60 places at this year 's big Polo event as we have been invited by Ham Polo Club to be a major part of their 100 years Centenary Celebrations.
This year there will be a 35 strong military band from the Welsh Guards for the main match at 12.30pm for the first time ever - something very difficult to achieve.
600 guests attended this Independence Day event last year. This year Ham Polo Club is aiming to have up to 1000 attendees.
The Club is putting up a marquee for the lunch and many more side attractions such as cowboys , kids activities and mini shopping gazebos.
The Clubhouse will be full of different food stations.
Currently, BMS will have our usual prime spot on the Club rooftop section, which gives a better view of the matches and more pleasant if the weather is too sunny.
The ticket price includes 20% going to the different chosen military charities. The Governor of the Royal Hospital Chelsea will be leading the presentation of prizes.
Our private VERRE ANGLAIS bubbly reception will again commence at 12.00 with the first Polo match at 12.30 followed by lunch and two more exciting matches

11:30 - Gates open for arrival and registration.
12:00 - American BBQ opens, and a performance by the Band of the Welsh Guards.
12:30 - House Cavalry vs Welsh Guards match.
13:30 - 14:45pm - Event Entertainment.
14:50 - The Band of the Welsh Guards perform the National Anthems of the USA and UK.
15:00 - Jacks vs Stripes match
16:00 - 1700 - Event Entertasinment.
17:00 - Commonwealth vs Ham Polo Club
19:00 - Gates Close

BMS is taking the bookings for the 60 places at £120, each so please book online as soon as possible. We will need to know if you have any special dietary requirements, so please indicate when you book. You are welcome to bring guests.
