Dresscode: Business wear or smart Casual.
If you are attending the President's 2025 Reception after the AGM, then dresscode is: Business Attire / National costume
The AGM can only be attended by fully paid-up members.
There is no charge to attend the AGM, but you should reserve your place using the booking facility below.

Minutes of the AGM held on 3 July 2024 and of the accounts for the year ending 31 December 2024 will be provided shortly.
President's 2025 Reception
The AGM will be followed by a screening of David Attenborough’s new documentary OCEAN made to mark his 99th Birthday from 6pm to 7.35pm after which Sir Mark Moody- Stuart, BMS President will hold his Drinks Reception to 9pm.
There will be a single charge to attend both the screening and the President's Reception afterwards. For both these events, BMS will be joined by other groups. Net proceeds will go to tve ( television for the environment charity of which Mei Sim Lai OBE DL is the Chair ) and the Ladies Float fund for this year’s Lord Mayor’s Show.
